I A weatherboard bungalow ! with a slate roof at 4 Gwynfa avenue, Cashmere, was passed in at £5900 and an adjoining section of 33.8 perches was passed in at £l6OO at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr M. McCrostie,
The house has a sittingroom, d ning-room. four bedrooms, a dressing-room, bathroom, and kitchen. A flatette with a bed-sitting-room, kitchenette and bathroom is attached to the house.
