Delo Scutched From Stakes
The Wyndham gelding, Delo, has been scratched from the New Zealand Sapling Stakes at Ashburton on Saturday. This allows Local Star to re-enter the field. Local Star will be driven on Saturday by W. R. Butt, while his stablemate, Belle Byrd, will be driven by M. Holmes. Maluka and Cardinal Hanover are still awaiting reentry in the event of scratchings before 4 p.m. tomorrow.
