PURSUANT to the Standing Orders of the House of Representatives relating to Local Bills, the Lyttelton Harbour Board HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that application will be made to the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled at the forthcoming session for leave to introduce a Bill intituled the Lyttelton Harbour Board Loan and Em powering Bill, 1965. The objects of the Bill are as follows: 1. To authorise the Lyttelton Harbour Board to borrow addi tional amounts not exceeding £1.944,000, io complete the construction of works authorised by previous Acts. 2. To authorise the Lyttelton Harbour Board to refund from the loan account to the Har hour Fund all moneys expend ed in the purchase of mechanical equipment for the handling of cargo.
