D. McL Wallace Link With Aust.
IN.Z. Press Association: AUCKLAND, May 27. D. McL. Wallace. Ltd., Auckland engineer, will manufacture compressed air control equipment for a new joint venture with an Australian company.
A new company, Pongrass Wallace (N.Z.), Ltd., has been formed for this D. McL. Wallace will hold half of the 48.000 10s shares. The other half will be held by Pongrass Industries. Ltd., Botany, New South Wales. Pongrass Industries has been exporting air control equipment to New Zealand for about eight years and D. McL. Wallace will now make this equipment for the new company.
