U.K. Troops Going (N.Z.P.A. -Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, May 24. The Defence Secretary, Mr Denis Healey announced today that British troops would be withdrawn from the Middle East kingdom of Libya by next March. Mr Healey’s statement to the House of Commons said the British pull-out from Libya was taking place by agreement with the Government of King Idris el Senussi. Libya last year, under some pressure from the neighbouring United Arab Republic, called formally for the removal of British as well as American military bases. “The move is to begin later this year,” Mr Healey said. “It will be completed by the end of ne _ t March.”
