AUCKLAND. Visiting southern horses should again have another successful innings when the Auckland Trotting Club holds the second night of its winter meeting today. They won four races last Saturday and could gain even more wins tonight. Among the better prospects will be Scotch Cherie, Roydon Prince, Robin Dundee, Peerswick, Disband and Vanity Show. The ineeting between Robin Dundee, Jay Ar, Master Alan. Garcon d’Or and other smart pacers in the Patron’s Free-for-all, the first leg of the double, will be a highlight of the night. If they reproduce their best form, they should fill the first four placings. Disband, from Templeton, and Cloudage, from Tinwald, stand out in the second leg, the Waiwera Handicap.
