Restaurant Sold

The Savoy, Dunedin's largest and oldest-established restaurant, has been bought by Mr J, Dymand and his family. Mr Dymand is a wellknown Dunedin restaurateur. For the last 17 months he has been at Deep Cove, as chef and then in charge of catering for the 550 men living on the Wanganella. Mr K. O. Ramsay, who bought the restaurant two years ago, has been a florist in Dunedin for 25 years. He plans to retire and make a tour overseas.
