Fined For Drive To Church
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 10. A youth who defied a court ban and drove his car to church was fined £25 by Mr H. Jenner Wily, S.M., today. Robert John Fowler, aged 17, a stock controller, admitted driving while disqualified and had his twoyear period of disqualification extended by a year. Counsel, Mr G. Viskovic. said Fowler had his car up for sale, but succumbed to the temptation to drive to church.
