Duties: to ensure that all requirements of air pollution legislation are being observed and to develop the department’s air pollution generally. The appointee will be based in Christchurch with travelling within the South Island. An appointee at Chemical Inspector level will be required to undertake senior responsibility and negotiate with industrial management.
