Sewing Classes To Begin
Sewing classes, which have been organised in response to popular demand, will be a new venture at the Y.W.C.A. Arrangements will be completed after the school holidays. “Record Rendezvous” is the theme of the next coffee spot evening which will be held in the club rooms on May 17. After supper there will be dancing by candlelight. A gold medal winner, Miss Cynthia Storr, conducted the first of the ballroom dancing classes for beginners on Wednesday evening. This is a mixed age and sex group and new members of any age are welcome to join the class.
