Applicants should possess a degree and a Library School Diploma or Its equivalent. Modern skill in typing is essential, and some knowledge of foreign languages Is desirable. Preference will be given to applicants who have had experience tn cataloguing and classification In accordance with standard procedures. Commencing salary will be according to qualifications and experience on the University Library scale I10«0-H29S per annum. Holders of the N.Z.L.A. Cert, may apply, but will be appointed on the General Assistant scale, £S4O-£1035 per annum.
