Coffee Spot In Use

The Y.W.C.A. Coffee Spot was providing a service to teen-agers and the small groups of boys and girls who were attending were getting to know each other, said Miss M. Mangels, programme director for the Y.W.C.A., in a report at a recent meeting of the board of directors. Ballroom dancing classes would begin next month. Through the lack of sewing machines daytime sewing classes could not be held at the Y.W.C.A. unless women attending could bring their own machines, said Miss Mangels. A stay-at-home camp will be held in the second week of the May school holidays. New directors appointed to I the board were: Mesdames E. |A. Elliott, I- A. G. McCulloch, lA. K. Thompson, and Miss J. I Sewell.
