League’s Book In July A comprehensive promotional book on Canterbury entitled “Canterbury, New Zealand” is being produced in Christchurch by the Canterbury Progress League. The book is expected to be available in July. “Canterbury, New Zealand” will be in colour and promote all aspects of commerce, farming, manufacturing and tourism, and give details of educational, cultural, and other facilities, living conditions, and climate. It will be distributed throughout New Zealand and overseas to trade commissioners. chambers of commerce. embassies, libraries, universities, and tourist and publicity departments.
