“Confidential” Meeting
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 23. All work on the Wellington waterfront ceased between 10.30 a.m. and noon today when watersiders held a special stopwork. A union official said later the matter discussed was confidential and no statement would be released “other than that the men resumed work following the meeting.”
