IT IS HEREBY PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that the Christchurch City Council, at a Special Meeting held in the City Council Chamber, 194 Manchester street, at 8.35 p.m. on Wednesday, the 17th day of March, 1965, passed the following resolutions:— (1) "In pursuance of the powers vested in it by Section 150 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to sell by private treaty Lots 32, 33 and 83 and Part Lots 34, 35, 36, 37, 38 39 and 40 on a plan to be deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Christchurch, containing an area of 1 rood 37.7 perches, being Part Lots 3, D.P. 10095, Part R.S. 76 and part of the land contained in. Certificate of Title Volume 614, Folio 39.” (2) “In pursuance of the powers Vested in it by Section 170 and 189 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to lay out the following land as public street: "All that parcel of land containing ’ 2 roods 20 perches or thereabouts, situated in the City of Christchurch, being Lot 91 on plan to be deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Christchurch being part of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 614 Folio 39.” (This refers to Council owned land to be included in a new subdivision in Roberta drive.)
