Moss Going On Safari
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) NAIROBI, April 12. Stirling Moss is one of 28 overseas drivers taking part in this week’s East African Safari—one of the world’s toughest motor rallies. Moss will be co-driver to his Swedish brother-in-law, Erik Carlsson, in a factoryentered Saab. Moss’s sister, Pat Moss Carlsson, will drive another Saab with Elizabeth Nystrom.
A total of 89 cars, including many from Europe, will contest the four-day safari over - a 3952-mile course involving some of the trickiest track in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
