MARCH ON HOUSE

Students At Victoria (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 31. The Victoria University planning a march on Parliament in April to present a petition to the Government listing their national and local grievances. The president of the association (Mr T. T. Robins) said today that his executive last night decided to ask students to accompany the petition next Thursday. The local university petition would be followed by a meeting of the New Zealand University Students’ Association which would consider the main points covered an the Victoria petition. From reports from the various universities it appeared most likely that the national students’ executive would present a further combined university petition to Parliament, he said.
