Seaborne Assault Force Thwarted

KUALA LUMPUR, March 29.
Malaysian security forces have killed two Indonesians and captured 19 in a sea battle off South Johore last Thursday night, the Malaysian Ministry of Defence announced vesterday. Another five Indonesians were believed drowned.
On Friday night two more Indonesians sighted in a sampan were also believed drowned after a brief battle.
The Indonesians W'ere in two boats powered by outooard motors. Malaysian security forces <ships intercepted them and a fierce battle broke out. Three security force members were slightly injured and
two of the ships slightly damaged. The Indonesians were using machine-guns, and, it was thought, mortars. It is believed they were trying to reach south-east Johore, where Malaysian forces this month have been tracking an Indonesian force which landed there four weeks ago and killed eight Malaysian troops in an ambush. ! The Government says Mai ; aysians have now killed 25 ! Indonesians and captured 25.
