SATURDAY (Before Messrs C. E. Wilkins and S. J. Halton, Justices of the Peace) FINED FOR FIGHTING Albert Bernard Duke, aged 22, a drainlayer, and John Matthew Duke, aged 24, a tunneller, were each fined £lO for fighting in a hotel on Friday. They pleaded guilty. Archibald Chester, aged 59, and Edward Keleher, aged 38, workmen, were each fined £lO on a charge of fighting in Moorhouse avenue on Friday. They pleaded guilty. REMANDED James Hillhouse, aged 39, a workman, was remanded 'in custody until today on a charge of threatening to kill William Hillhouse. FINED £5 William Chappell, aged 48, a workman, was fined £5 for using obscene language in Moorhouse avenue. He pleaded guilty.
