PIPERS

HONG KONG has what is possibly the only allChinese Scottish pipe band in the Far East The group is part of the 66-man Hong Kong Police Band, largest in the colony. Sixteen Chinese are in its pipe section. AH have an ear for Scottish music and they claim to play it just as well as any Scotsman. Like 28-year-old pipe sergeant Yeung Chi-Keung who helped to found the section, they admit they are crazy about the skirls of bagpipes.
