The hall, on the comer of Grahams and Avonhead roads, will be used as a Bible educational centre for Jehovah's witnesses in Fendalton, Riccarton, and Bryndwr. A programme of four meetings weekly, consisting of doctrinal studies, public speaking training courses, and public lectures on various Bible subjects is planned.
