70 Sections Bring £12,000
Ten sections were sold for £12,250 when 18 sections in Mr W. Pope’s subdivision at Erin crescent and Mahars road, St. Albans, were offered on Saturday morning. Prices ranged from £llOO to £l3OO. The sale was conducted by iDalgety and New Zealand (Loan. Ltd. The auctioneer waa Mr Frank Carpenter.
