JUNIOR TOURNEY DIVIDED
(N.Z, Press Association) NAPIER, February 28 Promotion-relegation will be Introduced to North Inland junior soccer tournaments in future. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Football Association Junior Council in Napier on Saturday passed a remit to split the North Island tournaments into two divisions.
It was also decided that the South Island tournament would continue to be played on its present basis until the number of associations taking part It sufficient to warrant splitting it into two divisions.
