A holidaymaker, alleging he was injured by a falling parachutist at an air display, is suing the South African Minister of Defence for 100,000 rand. The case will be heard next month in the Rand Supreme Court. It is bring brought by Mr Ernst Eberhard Muller, a 23-year-old former economics student at Cologne University.
