(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) CHICAGO, February 28. Albert Cardinal Meyer of Chicago has suffered a relapse two days after undergoing brain surgery. Surgeons performed an emergency operation to ease his breathing. Hospital officials said a tracheotomy (an incision into the trachea to open the windpipe) was completed successfully.
