Smoke Regulations In Riecarton
Smoke regulations are now In force in the Riecarton borough. The Town Clerk (Mr R. Sarjeant) was instructed at a special meeting of the council on Monday evening to inform all companies which were likely to contribute to *he smoke nuisance problem that the regulations were in existence. The council also decided to advise the companies that it would see that the minimum requirements were carried °ut as soon as possible.
