Slight Recovery By N.Z. Second-Rank Issues
Only gains by second-rank New Zealand issues yesterday allowed the market to make a slight recovery with rises just outnumbering falls. Falls by New Zealand leaders shaded rises and the overseas section was again easier, with I.C.I.AJJ.Z. losing Is 9d to 47s 6d. British Office Supply notes gained 2s to 37s and Carter Consolidated new added 2s 9d to 48s 3d. K.P. Drug continued to rise with als gain to 63s while Mount Isa recovered Is 6d to 31s 9d.
