(NZ. Press Assn.—Copyright) HONG KONG, Feb. 16. The Communist Chinese newspaper “Ta Kung Pao” said today China not only will enter the Vietnamese war but also will reopen the Korean war if American troops cross the 17th parallel into North Vietnam. The British Foreign Secretary, Mr Michael Stewart, said last night the war in Vietnam does not appear to be turning into a second Korea, with Soviet or Chinese forces facing United States troops. “1 do not think the risk of that is great.” he said in reply to an interviewer on a BB.C. television programme. In the Korean war. China sent its troops across the Yalu river border to support North Korea after United Nations ground troops crossed the 38th parallel dividing North and South Korea, as the 17th parallel now divides North and South Vietnam.
