Honeymooners Injured

(N.Z. Press Association) DANNEVIRKE, Jan. 5. A honeymoon couple were injured, the wife seriously, in a spectacular collision on the Takapau plains at 4.15 p.m. yesterday. Both were admitted to Dannevirke Hospital. They are Neville lan Lewis, of 39 King Edward street, Motueka, and Mrs Audrey Dorothy Lewis. Mrs Lewis, suffering from head, face and chest injuries, was still unconscious today. Her husband, who has concussion and cuts on his legs and head, is in a satisfactory condition.

The driver of the other car, Mrs Margaret Elaine Mulinder, of Whenuahou road, Norsewood, escaped injury but one of her three children in the car was taken to Waipukurau Hospital for observation.
