Motor Traders New Purchase
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, January 5. Motor Traders (N.Z.), Ltd., Auckland, has acquired Better Brakes (New Zealand), Ltd., which operates workshops in Wakefield street and Otahuhu, for an undisclosed consideration. The business will in future be run on a wholesale basis, enabling garages and fleetowners to send vehicles to the workshops for specialised attention. There will be no staff changes.
Mr J. W. Rodden, London director of the New Zealand Dairy Production and Marketing Board, has been appointed a director of the National Bank of New Zealand, Ltd.—(P.A.)
