Te Parae Wins Again (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) ADELAIDE, Dec. 29. The new glamour filly, the New Zealand-bred Te Parae, by Agricola from Excellency, at Cheltenham yesterday won the £l4OO Oaklands Quality Stakes, of 6i furlongs, the feature juvenile race of the Christinas and New Year carnivals.

It was Te Parae’s third win with two seconds from six starts and she won by six lengths. In third place was Regenella, which had beaten her in previous clashes. Regenella swung wide at the home turn, but Te Parae had her measure at the time.

Te Parae was top priced filly at 4100 guineas at the last New Zealand yearling sales.
