Prince To Wed Commoner
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) ATHENS, December 15. The Greek Royal Palace announced today Prince Michael of Greece will marry Miss Marina T. Karelia, a commoner, on February 7, the Associated Press reported.
The wedding will be held at the private chapel of the Tatoi Royal Palace and will be attended only by relatives and close friends of the couple. Michael, who is third in line to the Greek throne, renounced his rights of succession before the King granted him permission to marry. Miss Karelia, aged 25. is the daughter of a Greek textile industrialist.
