TWO HOUSES SOLD
Factory Land Passed In A weatherboard house at 34 Stanmore road, Linwood, was sold for £2OOO at public auction. The auctioneer was Mr P. T. Battersby. The house has four bedrooms, living-room, and kitchenette. There is also a garage on the section of 32 perches. It was a mortgagee's sale. Mr Battersby then passed in four acres two roods 1.6 perches of heavy industrial land at 187 Maces road, Bromley, at £lO,OOO. A house and a self-con-tained flat on a section of 76 perches at 12 Kidson terrace, Cashmere, were sold by private treaty after being passed in at £7300. The auctioneer was Mr T. H. Gibbon, who was acting in conjunction with Livingstone and Company. The house has a lounge, dining-room, three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. There is also an outside rumpus room, with an adjoining bedroom.
