DIRECTORS FINED
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) MELBOURNE, December 16. Three former directors of Reid Murray Holdings, Ltd., were today each fined a total of £3OO for a breach of the Companies Act. They are Oswald James O’Grady, of White Park, South Australia; Kenneth Norman Wilkinson, of Balwyn, Melbourne; and Frank Ronald Wolstenholme, of Darling Point, Sydney. They were not present In the City Court when Mr J. M. Duggan, S.M., announced convictions and fines of £lOO relating to the nine offences, three against each director.
