(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) MOSCOW, December 16. The Congo’s lone diplomat in Moscow has been ordered to close his legation and go home, the Associated Press reported. The Second Secretary and Charge d’Affaires of the Leopoldville legation, Mr Gaston Ngambani, was called to the Soviet Foreign Ministry yesterday and told to leave. No reason was given.
