Seasonal Greetings By Advertisement

Sir, —Does “Bella” not realise that many folk just are not well enough to write out Christmas cards? Others, who have perhaps suffered a bereavement, do not feel up to it. What of the mother with many small children? She has not the time. Folk who are in business have hundreds of friends and contacts and could not possibly send cards to all. I think this column is a wonderful idea for just such folk. For myself, the cards are going out as usual. —Yours, etc., N.E.F. December 16, 1964.
