New Zealand defeated Okinawa by the score of 8-0 victory points, 113-48 international match points, in the sixteenth round of the open team tournament of the Far East contract bridge championship yesterday. New Zealand, which had a bye in the fifteenth round, will meet with Thailand and Hong Kong tomorrow. The latest standings are: Indonesia, 77.60, 1; Japan, 76.91, 2: Thailand, 70.57, 3; Hong Kong, 68.26, 4; New Zealand, 66.20, 5; Philippines, 53.16, 6; China, 36.43, 7; Okinawa, 35.11, 8; South Vietnam, 25.64, 9.
