Defended Divorce Action
The hearing of a defended divorce action between George William Onslow Myers (Mr J. G. Leggat) and Elizabeth Ann Myers (Mr B. J. Drake) continued in the Supreme Court before Mr Justice Macarthur yesterday. The petitioner alleges the respondent deserted him on December 12, 1958. The respondent denies the allegation and alleges the petitioner deserted her on January 22, 1960, an allegation which the petitioner denies. The hearing will enter its third day today;
