Results of the ninth round of the Opawa night tennis interclub competition were:— Redcliffs II 27 games, Sumner 27; New Brighton 4, Opawa HI 0; North Linwood 21, Elmwood I 11; Elmwood II 21, Barrington 11; Avonside 3, Opawa I 1: Barrington 3, Redcliffs II 1; Opawa VI 3, Opawa IV 1; Opawa V 21, Hospital 11; Opawa II 4, Redcliffs 0; Fendalton 3, Opawa VI 1.
