Bank Credit Complaints
(N.Z. Press Association? WELLINGTON. Nov. 6. Any credit-worthy person who felt he had been treated unfairly by his bank could write to his member of Parliament who could in turn make representations on the matter to the Minister of Finance. This was stated in Parliament today by the Minister of Finance (Mr Lake) when replying to a question originally asked by Mr L. F. Sloane (Govt., Hobson). Mr Lake said he had received no recent representations concerning the alleged restriction of credit to farmers by banks in the North Auckland district.
