SOIL MOISTURE
The soil moisture deficit on the non-irrigated area at the Winchmore Irrigation Research Station was 305 points yesterday compared with 244 points at the same time last year. The deficit on the irrigated area was 108 points and the area can next be irrigated tomorrow.
