£16,225 For 10 Sections

Ten sections in the “Glenburn" subdivision in Powell crescent. Fendalton, were sold for £16,225 at public auction last evening. The sale was conducted by Livingstone and Company, in conjunction with Ford and Hadfield, Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr R. R. Livingstone.

The top price of £l7OO was paid for the first section offered. Other prices ranged from £1525 to £1675. More than 90 persons attended the sale.
