FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE RING 50-100—A DIRECT LINR PUBLIC NOTICES CHEVIOT COUNTY COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1953, SECTION 38A: PROPOSED CHANGE OF USE OF SECTIONS IN CHEVIOT TOWNSHIP

PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that the Council has received an application from Transport (Cheviot), Ltd., for authority to use and develop the land tn Cheviot Township described as section 14 and part sections 16 and 17, block XXIV, as a transport depot, including an office, garage, bowsers and space for parking motor cars and vehicles. The council has resolved to consider this application at a meeting to be held In the Council Chambers, Cheviot, at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 6, 1964. The applicant and every person who claims to be affected by the proposed use has the right to be heard by the Council, either in person or by counsel, and to call evidence in support of his contentions; and may appeal to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board against the decision of the Council within fourteen days after that decision is given. Any person who wishes to be heard on this matter must advise the Council to that effect within 14 days of the publication of this advertisement or of the forwarding of copies of the particulars, whichever is the later.
