CONGREGATIONAL SAMOANS

Minister To Be Resident A Samoan Congregational--Ist minister will be in Christchurch from January next year, the annual assembly of the Congregational Union of New Zealand. He is the first Samoan xtudent to attend the Congregational College in Auckland, the Rev. Knape Falotoese. He will minister to members of the Samoan community who attend the Trinity Congregational Church. At present the Rev. Pope Nokise is their principal pastor, but because of his commitments in Wellington he can come down only once a month. Mr Falotoese is teaching at the Malua Theological College at Apia, Western Samoa. He is married, with five children.
