Apartheid Opponent

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Oct 11. Mr Solly Sachs, a noted opponent of apartheid who has been active in various treason trials in South Africa, has accepted an invitation to visit New Zealand. He will arrive in Auckland on November 6. Mr Sachs was invited by the newly-formed Anti-Apar-their Group in Auckland and his reply to a cable was received by an executive member, Mrs Sarah Campion, this afternoon. He was a former union leader in South Africa and member of the Defence and Aid Fund Appeal Committee now touring Australia.
