MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC RESERVE FOR RECREATION PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Malvern County Council at itsmeeting to be held on November 6, 1964, to pass the following resolution: “That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act, 1953, the Malvern County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the said County, in fee simple, and described tn the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation within the meaning of the said Act." Any person having any objection to this proposal is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Malvern County Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
