MR P. J. COX WANGANUI, Oct. 4. The death occurred in Wanganui today of Mr Percy James Cox. He was 75. Mr Cox was a life-member of the Royal New Zealand Institute of Horticulturists and up until 12 months ago was president of the Wanganui district council of the institute. MR R. C. CRONE WANGANUI, Oct. 4. A Wanganui accountant collapsed on the 18th green at the Wanganui Golf Club’s course, Belmont, yesterday, and died before the arrival of an ambulance. He was Mr Ray Charles Crone, aged 46, secretary of the Waimarino electorate of the National Party. He was also secretary of the Wanganui and PateaWaitotara Rabbit Boards, and of the Christ Church preparatory school committee, as well as a number of local organisations and businesses. Mr Crone was educated at the Fitzroy primary school and the New Plymouth Boys’ High School.
