This is a first appointment, and is for an initial period of 3 years with re-appointment and promotion subject to satisfactory service. DUTIES: To act as consultant and adviser to members on all managerial, technical and financial matters relating to increased efficiency, property improvement and development and increase net returns.. In the first instance the Adviser will be required to make a survey of members' properties and prepare a comparative analysis. The Adviser will be independent of, but encouraged to co-operate with the University, Waite Institute, C.5.1.R.0., and S.A. Department of Agriculture.
