Good Entries In All Sections More than 700 entries were received for the Ouruhia Spring Flower Show, which was held recently. Good entries were received in all sections and the standard of the entries was reported by the judges as being high. Awards made were: Cup awards, most points tn show. R. Watson, open daffodil, R. Watson, novice daffodil. Miss G. Chenery. Cut flowers, Mrs A. Storer. Decorative. Mrs C. Marsh. Needlework, Mrs L. Johnston. Cooking, Mrs A. Storer. Vegetables, J. Everest. Children’s section, Miss D. Chenery and Miss L. Anderson. Under 17 years, Miss M. Chenery. Champion daffodil, R. Watson. Champion decorative. Mrs C. Marsh, champion cut flower. Mrs V. Wilkinson. Best trumpet daffodil, R. Watson, best large cupped daffodil, R. Watson. Best smaH cupped daffodil. R. Watson. Best pink cupped daffodil, Miss McCormick.
