LECTURE BY TELEPHONE

(N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN. Sept. 29. Doctors in various centres in New Zealand will sit in hospitals in their own towns next month and take part in a lecture being given in Auckland by Dr. A. M. O. Veale, who is in charge of the human genetics research unit with the medical research council at the University of Otago Medical School. Dr. Veale will be addressing a four-day course in medical genetics being arranged by the Auckland post-gradu-ate committee. Since all doctors cannot attend the course. Dr. Veale’s address is being channelled by telephone line to other centres, probably Nelson, New Plymouth. Palmerston North, Hastings and Hamilton.
